1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, browsing, placing an order, listing products or otherwise using Arbsbuy Pakistan, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies referenced on our platform, which together form the complete agreement between us. These Terms apply to everyone who uses Arbsbuy Pakistan, including buyers, sellers and visitors.

2Definitions

• "Platform" means the Arbsbuy Pakistan website, mobile app and services.
• "Buyer" means any user who purchases or intends to purchase products on the Platform.
• "Seller" / "Vendor" means any independent third party who lists or sells products on the Platform.
• "Product" means any item listed for sale by a Seller.
• "Order" means a request by a Buyer to purchase a Product.
• "Content" means any text, images, reviews, ratings or other material posted on the Platform.

3Eligibility & Account Registration

To use Arbsbuy Pakistan, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of Pakistan. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may refuse, suspend or cancel any registration at our discretion.

4Nature of Our Service — Online Marketplace

The contract for the sale and purchase of any Product is concluded directly between the Buyer and the Seller. Arbsbuy Pakistan is not a party to that contract. We do not own, manufacture, inspect or (in most cases) store the Products, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or accuracy of any listing. While we work hard to verify Sellers and maintain a trustworthy marketplace, the Seller is solely responsible for their Products and for fulfilling Orders.

5Buyer Responsibilities

As a Buyer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete delivery and contact information.
• Place Orders genuinely, with the real intention of purchasing and accepting them.
• Pay the full amount due for every Order you place, including for Cash on Delivery Orders.
• Inspect items upon delivery and raise any genuine issue through the proper channels and within the stated timeframe.
• Not make false, exaggerated or fraudulent claims, complaints, or chargebacks.
• Not abuse return, refund or warranty processes, or repeatedly refuse genuine deliveries.

Buyers who place fake Orders, repeatedly refuse delivery without valid reason, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour may have their accounts suspended or terminated, and may be reported to the relevant authorities and held liable for losses caused.

6Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

Cash on Delivery is offered as a convenience and is based on trust. When you place a COD Order, you enter into a binding commitment to receive and pay for that Order in full upon delivery. Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries, providing false addresses, or being unreachable causes real losses to Sellers and to Arbsbuy.

We reserve the right to verify COD Orders by phone or message, to limit or disable COD for accounts with a history of refusals or suspicious activity, to require advance payment, and to recover delivery and return costs caused by wrongful refusal. Abuse of COD may result in account suspension and being added to a restricted-buyers list.

7Seller / Vendor Responsibilities

As a Seller, you are solely and fully responsible for your store and Products. You represent, warrant and agree that:

• You have the legal right to sell every Product you list, and the Products are genuine, authentic, lawful, safe and not counterfeit, stolen or prohibited.
• Your listings, descriptions, images, prices and stock information are accurate and not misleading.
• You will fulfil Orders promptly, package items properly, and ship within the stated timeframe.
• You will honour your stated warranties, returns and after-sales support, and comply with our Refund & Returns Policy.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, taxes and regulations of Pakistan.
• You will not sell counterfeit, fake, expired, unsafe, illegal or restricted items, or engage in price manipulation or deceptive practices.

You agree to indemnify and hold Arbsbuy Pakistan harmless from any claim, loss, fine or liability arising from your Products, listings, conduct or breach of these Terms. Sellers who sell counterfeit or misrepresented goods, defraud Buyers, or repeatedly fail to fulfil Orders may have their stores suspended or terminated, their payouts withheld, and may be reported to the authorities.

8Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes set by the Seller. The payment methods at checkout are Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. Any balance in your Arbsbuy wallet can be applied to either. We do not accept debit or credit cards, EasyPaisa or JazzCash at checkout, and we never ask you to pay a Seller directly. An Order is an offer to purchase, which is accepted when the Seller confirms and dispatches it. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any Order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues or breach of these Terms — and to verify your identity or payment before processing. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we or the Seller may cancel the affected Order even after confirmation.

Seller Commission & Payouts

Commission is calculated on the actual price the Buyer pays after discounts. Sellers may also incur a delivery shortfall (the courier's charges beyond the weight-based fee the Buyer paid), and optional advertising charges — pay-per-click promoted listings, featured placement and monthly promotion plans. Refunds, cancelled Orders and returns cause the Seller's earnings on that Order to be reversed. Seller earnings become claimable 10 days after delivery. Every figure and condition is set out in the Seller Agreement. Arbsbuy Pakistan reserves the right to revise commission or fees in the future; any change will be communicated to Sellers in advance and will apply only to Orders placed after the effective date.

Membership

Arbsbuy Pakistan offers an optional paid membership whose main benefit is free delivery. It is bought from your Arbsbuy wallet balance, or activated by our team once payment has been received off-platform — there is no card subscription and it cannot be added to a Cash on Delivery order. 9Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is arranged through Sellers and third-party courier partners. Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed, and may be affected by factors outside our control. Risk in the Products passes to the Buyer upon delivery. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy. Arbsbuy Pakistan is not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Eligible Products may be returned or refunded in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, subject to the conditions, timeframes and exclusions set out there. Returns must be genuine, in the stated condition, and supported by required evidence. We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds that are fraudulent, abusive, outside policy, or relate to items damaged through misuse.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your own Order from your account while it is Pending or Processing and before any Seller has despatched a parcel for it. Cancellation is free, the stock returns to the Seller, the Seller's earning is reversed, any wallet credit you applied is returned to your wallet in full, and on a Cash on Delivery Order nothing is owed to the courier. Once a parcel has been despatched the Order can no longer be cancelled; the return route applies instead, within 7 days of delivery. Repeated self-cancellation may cause your future Cash on Delivery Orders to be held for a confirmation call.

11Gems, Minerals & High-Value Items

Gemstones, precious and semi-precious minerals and other rare, high-value items ("Gems") are a core part of the Arbsbuy Pakistan marketplace. Because such items are valuable, difficult to value and easy to misrepresent, the following additional terms apply to every Gem transaction to protect both Buyers and Sellers. These terms apply in addition to, and prevail in case of conflict with, the general Buyer and Seller terms above.

11.1 Authenticity & Laboratory Certification

Sellers must accurately state whether a Gem is natural, lab-grown/synthetic, treated, or a simulant, and must never present a treated or synthetic stone as a natural, untreated one.

11.2 Seller Disclosure Obligations

For each Gem listing, the Seller must accurately disclose, to the best of their knowledge:

• Gem type, species and variety (for example natural ruby, emerald, topaz or peridot).
• Carat weight, dimensions, colour, clarity and cut.
• Origin — only where it can be supported, and clearly marked as "claimed" if not certified.
• All treatments or enhancements — including heating, oiling, irradiation, dyeing, fracture-filling or coating.
• Whether a laboratory certificate, letter or guarantee is included with the item.

11.3 Buyer Protections

• Buyers may request to view the certificate or laboratory report before purchasing a high-value Gem.
• Buyers have the right to have the item independently verified within the return window stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.
• If a Gem materially differs from its certificate or description — for example a different species, an undisclosed treatment, a synthetic sold as natural, or a materially different weight — the Buyer is entitled to a full refund and return at the Seller's cost.

11.4 Dispatch & Handover Evidence (protects both parties)

For Gem Orders we strongly recommend that both the Seller (at dispatch) and the Buyer (at unboxing) record a continuous, unedited video and photographs, and that items are sent in tamper-evident, sealed packaging. This evidence protects the Seller against false claims of a "fake", "empty parcel" or "swapped stone", and protects the Buyer against receiving a misrepresented or substituted item. Claims that are not supported by such evidence may be harder to resolve in the claimant's favour.

11.5 Secure Shipping & Insurance

High-value Gems should be shipped using an insured, fully trackable, signature-on-delivery service. Risk in the item passes to the Buyer upon delivery and signature. Sellers are responsible for packing Gems securely to prevent loss or damage in transit.

11.6 Independent Laboratory Arbitration

If a dispute arises over the authenticity, treatment or quality of a Gem, the Buyer and Seller agree that the item may be submitted to a mutually agreed independent gemological laboratory for examination. The resulting laboratory report shall be the primary basis for resolving the dispute, and the party found to be at fault — the Seller for a misrepresented item, or the Buyer for a false claim — shall bear the cost of testing and return shipping.

11.7 Prohibited Practices & Legal Compliance

In addition to the conduct prohibited in the section below, it is strictly forbidden to sell synthetic or treated Gems as natural and untreated; to provide forged, altered or non-matching certificates; to misrepresent a Gem's species, weight or origin; or to substitute, swap or tamper with a Gem after sale. Sellers must also comply with all applicable laws of Pakistan governing the sale, possession and export of gemstones and minerals. Breaches may result in listing removal, payout holds, account termination, liability for the Buyer's losses, and referral to the relevant authorities.

12Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

To keep Arbsbuy Pakistan safe and fair for everyone, the following are strictly prohibited. You must not:

• Place fake, fraudulent or bad-faith Orders, or refuse genuine COD deliveries.
• Sell counterfeit, fake, stolen, expired, unsafe, illegal or prohibited Products.
• Post fake, paid or misleading reviews, ratings or content, or manipulate ratings.
• Provide false information, impersonate others, or create multiple accounts to abuse offers, vouchers or policies.
• Engage in price manipulation, deceptive listings, or any form of fraud or cheating.
• Attempt to bypass Arbsbuy Pakistan to transact off-platform to avoid fees or protections.
• Use the Platform for money laundering, illegal activity, or to harm other users.
• Hack, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other accounts.

Keeping the deal on Arbsbuy

Buyer–Seller chat on Arbsbuy Pakistan blocks messages containing phone numbers, email addresses or messenger links, including spelled-out or disguised ones. The message is not delivered, both sides see a warning in the thread, and the warning is recorded against the account. Repeated attempts can get an account suspended. This is not bureaucracy: an order agreed off the platform has no Arbsbuy record, no packing proof, no dispute route and no Arbsbuy Protected cover.

13Reviews, Ratings & User Content

You are responsible for any Content you post and grant Arbsbuy Pakistan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and distribute it in connection with the Platform. Content must be honest, lawful and respectful, and must not be false, defamatory, abusive, infringing or misleading. We may moderate, edit or remove any Content, and remove fake or paid reviews, at our discretion.

Who may review, and how reviews are checked

Only a verified buyer may review a product. You can post a review only for a product you actually ordered on an Order that was not cancelled, refunded, returned or failed, and only once per product. This is a hard rule in the software, not a preference — it is why we can label every review "verified purchase".

A review from a verified buyer that contains no links or contact details is published straight away. Any review, question or answer containing a web address, phone number, email address or messenger handle is held for a person to check before it appears, and may be rejected. Buyer questions on a product page are held for checking before they appear. You will be notified if something you posted is rejected. Product photos you attach to a review are published publicly alongside it, so do not include anything private.

14Intellectual Property

The Arbsbuy Pakistan name, logo, design, software, text, graphics and all other materials on the Platform (excluding Seller and user Content) are owned by or licensed to Arbsbuy Pakistan and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written permission. Sellers grant Arbsbuy Pakistan the right to display their listings and trademarks for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

15Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or prohibited conduct, or where we consider it necessary to protect Arbsbuy Pakistan, our users or the public. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including liability, indemnity, governing law and jurisdiction — will continue to apply.

16Disclaimers

The Platform and all Products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Arbsbuy Pakistan does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any Product will meet your expectations. As an intermediary, Arbsbuy Pakistan makes no warranty regarding the quality, safety, legality or accuracy of Products listed by Sellers, and any dispute regarding a Product is primarily between the Buyer and the Seller.

17Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan:

• Arbsbuy Pakistan, its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or any Product.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.
• Arbsbuy Pakistan is not liable for the acts, omissions, products, conduct or default of any Seller, Buyer, courier or third party.

18Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Arbsbuy Pakistan and its directors, employees, agents and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your Products, listings or Content; (c) your breach of these Terms or any law; or (d) any dispute between you and another user.

19Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to first resolve any issue through our AI Live Support and human support team, who will help mediate disputes between Buyers and Sellers in good faith. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section below.

20Governing Law & Jurisdiction

21Force Majeure

Arbsbuy Pakistan shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, pandemics, strikes, internet or power outages, courier failures, government action, or civil unrest.

22Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, technology or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Arbsbuy Pakistan after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

23General Provisions

• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Arbsbuy.
• Severability: if any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours.
• Language: these Terms are written in English, which prevails over any translation.
