1What membership is
Membership is an optional paid plan on your Arbsbuy Pakistan customer account. Its main benefit is free delivery: while your membership is live, the delivery charge on a qualifying order is reduced to zero at checkout. Some plans also carry priority dispatch. The exact benefits of each plan are printed on the membership page, and that page is generated from the same settings the checkout uses — so what it says is what you will actually get.
Membership does not change the price of any product, does not give you a discount on the items themselves unless the plan says so, and does not change your rights under our Refund & Returns Policy or Arbsbuy Protected. Sellers are not charged for your free delivery — Arbsbuy Pakistan carries that cost.
Membership prices already include applicable sales tax. You pay exactly the price shown, and nothing is added at checkout.
2How you can pay for it
There are exactly two ways to start or renew a membership, and there is no third:
- From your Arbsbuy wallet. If your wallet balance covers the plan price, you can buy the membership yourself on the membership page. The amount is taken from your wallet immediately and the membership starts the moment it is taken. If your balance is short, nothing is charged and you are told how much is missing.
- Ask our team to activate it. Tap "Request activation" and we will contact you to arrange payment. The membership starts only once we have received the money — sending the request grants you nothing.
There is no card subscription and no recurring billing of any kind on Arbsbuy Pakistan, and a membership cannot be added to a Cash on Delivery order. Nothing renews itself and nothing is ever taken from you automatically. If anyone asks you for card details for an Arbsbuy membership, it is a scam — see Fraud & Scam Prevention.
3How long it lasts
A membership runs for one term from the day it starts — one month on a monthly plan, one year on a yearly plan. The end date is shown on your membership page and in the confirmation you receive.
If you buy or extend before the current term ends, the new time is added to the end of what you already have — you never lose paid-for days by renewing early. If you switch to a different plan, the remaining time is carried onto the new plan from the same date.
We send you a reminder three days before your membership ends, in the site notifications and by email. Nothing is charged when it ends: benefits simply stop and normal delivery charges apply from that day. You are told when that happens.
4Refunds and cancellation
A membership term is not refundable once it has started, and there is nothing to cancel — because nothing recurs, you simply do not renew. If you believe you were charged in error, or a membership was activated that you did not ask for, email support@arbsbuy.pk with your account email and we will look at it and put it right if we got it wrong.
Arbsbuy Pakistan may end a membership early if the account is being used fraudulently or in breach of our Terms & Conditions — for example repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery parcels. If we do, you are told in your account and by email.

5Changes to plans and prices
We may add plans, change what a plan includes, or change the price. Any change applies to terms bought after the change. A membership you have already paid for keeps the benefits it was sold with until its end date.
