1Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan — to all major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Larkana and Sukkur, as well as smaller towns and many remote areas served by our courier partners. If your area is serviceable, you will be able to complete checkout and choose Cash on Delivery where available.
2Order Processing Time
Sellers on Arbsbuy Pakistan are required to hand your parcel to the courier and mark it shipped within 48 hours of you placing the order. This is a rule we measure, not a hope: a seller is warned as the deadline approaches, and missing it is recorded against their store's account health. On a Bank Transfer order the 48 hours only start once we have confirmed the payment. Most orders are confirmed and processed well inside that window (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once the Seller dispatches your item, it is handed over to the courier and an estimated delivery time begins. During sales, festivals and peak periods, processing may take a little longer.
3Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location. The following are typical estimates after dispatch:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by the courier, weather, location and product availability.
On the product page and in your cart you will often see a specific window, such as "Delivery by Thu 18 Sep – Sat 20 Sep". That date is worked out by us from the seller's city, your city, the seller's own handling time, our order cut-off hour and the public holidays we have loaded — it is our estimate, not a courier's promise. Arbsbuy Pakistan has no live connection to any courier's systems, so no delivery date anywhere on this site is guaranteed.
4Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the Seller, your location, and the size or weight of your order. The exact delivery charge (if any) is always shown clearly before you confirm and pay, so there are no hidden costs.
- Many Sellers offer free or discounted shipping on selected products or above a minimum order value.
- A small Cash on Delivery handling fee may apply on some COD orders.
- Heavy, bulky or fragile items may carry additional delivery charges.
5Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across most of Pakistan — pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. COD makes shopping safe and convenient, especially for first-time buyers.
When you place a COD order, please ensure your phone number and address are correct and that you are available to receive and pay for the parcel. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels or providing false details may lead to COD being disabled for your account, as explained in our Terms & Conditions.
6Our Courier Partners
To deliver reliably across the country, we work with Pakistan's leading logistics companies, including TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P (Muller & Phipps), Trax, PostEx, Daewoo FastEx and Pakistan Post, among others. The courier assigned to your order depends on your location and the Seller, and is chosen to give you the fastest, most reliable service.
7Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS, email or in your Arbsbuy Pakistan account. You can also ask our AI Live Support for a live update on your order status at any time — just share your Order number in the chat.
8Multiple Sellers & Separate Shipments
Arbsbuy Pakistan is a marketplace with many independent Sellers. If your order contains items from different Sellers, they may be packed and dispatched separately and can arrive on different days, sometimes via different couriers. Each parcel may carry its own tracking number. You will not be charged anything beyond the shipping shown to you at checkout, even when your order ships in several parcels.
9Correct Address & Changing Your Order
Please make sure your delivery address, city and mobile number are complete and correct before confirming your order — accurate details ensure smooth, on-time delivery. If you need to change your address or cancel, contact us as soon as possible and before the order is dispatched; once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible. Arbsbuy Pakistan and its Sellers are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete or unreachable address and contact details provided by the Buyer.
10Receiving & Checking Your Parcel
When your parcel arrives, please check the package exterior for tampering or visible damage before accepting it. If the parcel is clearly damaged, opened or tampered with, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- Anyone present at your address may receive the parcel on your behalf — please ensure they are authorised to accept and, for Cash on Delivery, to pay.
- For Cash on Delivery, payment is made before the parcel is opened. You remain protected by our 7-day return policy for eligible items — if anything is wrong after opening, simply start a return under our Refund & Returns Policy.
- We strongly recommend filming a continuous unboxing video. It makes any damaged, wrong-item or missing-item claim quick and easy to approve, and protects you completely.
- Delivery is confirmed by the courier's proof of delivery — a signature, OTP or photo at the doorstep.
11High-Value & Gem Shipping
Gemstones, minerals and other high-value items are shipped with extra care. As set out in Section 11 of our Terms & Conditions:
- High-value items should be sent using an insured, fully trackable, signature-on-delivery service.
- Sellers are asked to pack items in secure, tamper-evident packaging, and we recommend both Seller and Buyer keep an unboxing video.
- Risk in the item passes to the Buyer upon delivery and signature.
12Failed & Refused Deliveries
Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails because you are unavailable, unreachable, or the address is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to the Seller. For prepaid orders, a re-delivery may be arranged or a refund issued (less any non-refundable charges). Wrongful refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels may result in recovery of delivery and return costs and COD restrictions, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
13Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to deliver on time, some delays are beyond our control — including weather, floods, strikes, road closures, courier backlogs, public holidays and other force majeure events. In such cases, delivery estimates may extend, and Arbsbuy Pakistan and its Sellers are not liable for delays caused by these circumstances. We will keep you informed and help track your order.
14International Shipping
At present, Arbsbuy Pakistan delivers within Pakistan only. We are working to expand internationally in the future. If you are outside Pakistan and wish to order, please contact our support team and we will let you know if any options are available for your location.
