Hunza is known across Pakistan for its apricots and the oil pressed from their kernels, for its cherries, and for handwoven woollen crafts made in the valley's homes. If you want to sell online in Hunza, an Arbsbuy Pakistan store lets you reach buyers in every province, not only the tourists who pass through in summer. Customers order with cash on delivery, and couriers collect from covered addresses, most commonly around Aliabad.
There is no setup fee for a Hunza store. Our fee applies to delivered orders only: Hunza sellers pay 7% commission on the Free plan, and there is no monthly fee or cap on products. Payouts for delivered orders are made every Friday, which spreads a family's income across the year rather than leaving it all to the short tourist season, and you can switch plans whenever sales grow.
What Hunza makes
- Dried apricots and apricot kernel oil
- Cherries and orchard fruit
- Gemstones
- Handwoven woollen crafts
- Tourism and guest houses
From Hunza to the whole country
Visitors who fall in love with Hunza's apricot oil, dried fruit and woollen caps usually have no way to buy more once they are home. An online store solves that for them and for the maker. Food products such as apricot oil need the safety, expiry and labelling details the Seller Policy requires, in leak-proof bottles packed securely. Cash on delivery gives distant buyers confidence to order.
