How you pay for it
We do not take card payments on this site yet, so there are exactly two honest ways to start a membership:
- From your store wallet — instant. The full fee is debited and your membership starts the same second.
- Ask our team — we contact you, arrange the payment, and activate the membership once the money is received. Not before.
We do not add the membership fee to a Cash-on-Delivery order: a COD parcel can be refused or returned, and we are not willing to hand out free delivery against money that may never arrive.
The small print, plainly
- The delivery discount is applied to the delivery line at checkout — you will see it there before you confirm.
- A membership runs for the term you paid for and then stops. There is no automatic renewal and no card on file.
- Whether you save money depends entirely on how often you order. We do not publish an average, because we would be making it up.
- Your sellers are paid exactly the same whether you are a member or not — the delivery discount is funded by Arbsbuy, not by them.
