Buying on Arbsbuy Pakistan
Arbsbuy Pakistan is a multi-vendor marketplace, so the products above are listed, priced and dispatched by independent Pakistani sellers rather than by a single warehouse. Every price is shown in Pakistani Rupees. Open any listing to read the full description, see which store is selling it, check the available options such as size or colour, and add it to your cart or use Buy Now to go straight to checkout. You can browse without an account, but creating a free account lets you save delivery addresses, follow your orders and start a return from your order history.
Using the filters on this page
The toolbar above the grid controls what you see. Sort switches between Newest, Price: Low to High, Price: High to Low, Top Rated and Name A–Z. The Min Rs and Max Rs boxes limit the grid to a price range and you can fill in either one or both. The On sale checkbox hides everything that is not currently discounted. The filters combine, so you can ask for discounted items under Rs 2,000 sorted from cheapest first, and Clear removes them all again. Your choices are kept in the page address, so a filtered view can be bookmarked or shared, and Load More adds the next page of products underneath the ones you are already looking at instead of moving you to a new screen.
Payment and delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across most of Pakistan: you pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches your doorstep. EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer and debit or credit cards are also accepted. Any delivery charge depends on the seller, your location and the size of the order, and it is always shown at checkout before you confirm; some sellers offer free or discounted shipping on selected items or above a minimum order value.
Orders are normally confirmed and processed within 24–48 hours. After dispatch, typical courier times are 2–4 business days to major cities, 3–6 business days to other cities and towns, and 5–8 business days to remote areas. Parcels travel with partners including TCS, Leopards, M&P, Trax, PostEx, Daewoo FastEx and Pakistan Post, and you receive a tracking number by SMS, email or in your account. If your order contains items from more than one seller they may be packed and shipped separately and can arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number — you are never charged more than the shipping shown to you at checkout.
Returns and cancellations
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging with tags and accessories, and you have your order number.
- If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video and you get a replacement or a full refund, with return shipping paid for you.
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted only in categories that allow them, mainly clothing and shoes (unused, tags on), and the return shipping cost is paid by the buyer. Some items, such as innerwear, opened beauty and hygiene products and personalised items, are not returnable unless they are wrong or not received.
- Return requests are usually reviewed within 1–2 business days. Once approved and received, refunds typically take 5–10 business days for Cash on Delivery and bank transfer, 3–7 business days for EasyPaisa and JazzCash wallets, and 7–14 business days for cards.
- An order can be cancelled free of charge at any time before it is dispatched.
