Delete my practice data

The AI Speaking Partner works without an account, so there is usually no email address or password attached to your practice. That means there is nothing for us to verify by email — but it also means we have given you three ways to prove the data is yours and delete it on the spot.

Guest conversations are deleted automatically after 30 days anyway. Use this page if you want them gone sooner, or if you want your account history gone too. What we keep and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.

1. Delete the conversations from this browser

This browser has no saved conversations right now. Either you have not practised here, you have already deleted them, or you practised on the phone app — in which case use option 2.

2. Delete everything stored for a phone

Open the app and go to Settings → Delete my data, which shows a deletion code beginning spk_ and can bring you straight to this page with the code already filled in. Paste it here.

The code is what identifies your phone to us. Anyone holding it can delete that phone's data, so treat it like a password and do not post it publicly.

3. Delete all practice data on your account

You are not signed in. If you have an account and want everything on it deleted, sign in and come back to this page.

If none of these work

Email support@arbsbuy.com with your deletion code, or from the email address on your account, and we will delete the records and confirm within 30 days. Please do not send us your conversation text — we already have it, and email is not the place for it.
