Choose an outcome you can evidence — a patient load carried, a documentation or compliance improvement, a quality measure your unit moved — and be careful to attribute team results as team results. Name something real — a product, a recent announcement, how the team works, a service line or a quality programme the organisation is known for — and connect it to your own experience.
