Our products come from multiple suppliers, including U.S. warehouses, international fulfillment centers, print-on-demand manufacturers, and certified gemstone sources. Warranty coverage varies depending on the product type and supplier.

1. General Warranty Overview

Unless otherwise stated, most products on Arbsbuy LLC come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a short period after delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Items that arrive damaged (reported within 48 hours)
  • Incorrect or faulty products received

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, impact, misuse)
  • Improper handling or installation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by third-party accessories
  • Change-of-mind situations

2. Warranty Coverage by Product Type

2.1 Dropshipping Products (General Merchandise)

These products come from verified suppliers located mainly in the U.S., China, and other international warehouses. Warranty coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Items that arrive damaged or faulty
  • Incorrect items sent

Coverage Period: 15 days from delivery

After 15 days, warranty claims cannot be accepted due to supplier limitations.

2.2 Print-On-Demand Products (POD)

Due to custom production, POD items are covered for:

  • Printing errors
  • Wrong size or design
  • Incorrect colors caused by production defects

Coverage Period: 7 days after delivery

POD items are not covered for shrinkage, color fading due to washing errors, or incorrect size selection by the customer.

2.3 Certified Gemstones & Gemstone Jewelry (Shipped from Pakistan)

Gemstones and jewelry include a special authenticity guarantee.

Covered:

  • Authenticity issues (if certified)
  • Defective settings or loose stones during delivery
  • Items arriving damaged

Not Covered:

  • Change of mind
  • Damage caused after wearing
  • Scratches, chips, or cracks caused by misuse
  • Loss of stone due to mishandling

Coverage Period: 48 hours for reporting issues

Due to international transport and customs handling, gemstone warranties are limited to delivery-condition issues only.

3. What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Customer damage, accidents, or negligence
  • Improper care, handling, or storage
  • Damage due to incorrect installation
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function
  • Wear and tear from normal usage
  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale
  • Damage after washing, wearing, or using the product

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

  • Clear photos/videos showing the defect
  • Photo of packaging and shipping label

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period listed for each product category.

5. Warranty Claim Review Process

Processing time: 3–7 business days

If Approved, You Will Receive:

  • A replacement item (preferred)
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund (depending on the issue)

If the claim is denied (non-warranty issue), the product will not be refunded.

6. Marketplace Vendor Warranty (Future Feature)

This section applies when Arbsbuy LLC introduces marketplace/vendor stores.

  • Vendors must clearly list warranty terms for their products
  • Vendor warranties must meet Arbsbuy LLC minimum standards
  • Arbsbuy LLC may hold vendor payouts for disputed orders
  • Customers must contact Arbsbuy customer support first for mediation
  • Vendors must respond to warranty claims within 48 hours

Vendors who abuse or ignore warranty responsibilities may be suspended or removed from the marketplace.

7. Warranty Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, Arbsbuy LLC:

  • Disclaims liability for consequential or incidental damages
  • Does not guarantee lifetime durability of any product
  • Reserves the right to request product returns for inspection
  • Reserves the right to deny claims for misuse or unauthorized modification

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
