2. Ownership of Arbsbuy LLC Content

All content created by Arbsbuy LLC—including logos, product descriptions, design elements, marketplace layout, graphics, and promotional banners—is the exclusive property of Arbsbuy LLC.

• No user or seller may copy, duplicate, modify, or redistribute Arbsbuy content without permission.
• No AI scraping or data extraction of Arbsbuy product listings is allowed.
• No third party may publish Arbsbuy-owned content on external websites or marketplaces.

Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

3. License Granted by Users & Sellers

By uploading content to Arbsbuy, users and sellers grant Arbsbuy LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

• Display the content on the marketplace
• Use it for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes
• Modify, edit, crop, or resize for display optimization
• Share with relevant third parties (carriers, suppliers, support teams) as needed

This license remains valid even if your seller account is closed, unless you request removal of specific content.

4. Seller Responsibility for Uploaded Content

Sellers must ensure that all uploaded content is:

• Original OR legally licensed
• Not stolen or copied from competitors
• Not copyrighted without permission
• Not infringing trademarks or brand names
• Accurate, honest, and reflective of the product being sold

Sellers may be held liable for copyright violations, including:

• DMCA claims
• Account suspension
• Marketplace removal
• Legal penalties

5. Customer Reviews, Photos & Videos

Customers who post reviews or upload media grant Arbsbuy the right to:

• Feature their reviews on product pages
• Use their images in marketing campaigns
• Share review content with sellers for quality control

Arbsbuy will never sell customer-generated content to third parties.

6. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not allowed on Arbsbuy:

• Copyrighted images or text copied from other websites
• Logos or brand names used illegally
• Fake certificates, manipulated documents, or forged reports
• Offensive, violent, obscene, or hateful content
• Stolen product images from Amazon, AliExpress, Etsy, Daraz, or competitors
• AI-generated images that replicate copyrighted brands
• Content that misleads customers (e.g., unrealistic gemstone images)

Any user posting prohibited content may be permanently banned.

7. Marketplace Use of Seller Content

Arbsbuy LLC may use seller-uploaded content for:

• Product page optimization
• SEO enhancement
• Marketing campaigns
• Category pages and promotional spots
• Advertising (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)

Sellers who do not want their content used must contact support to opt out.

8. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

If you believe your copyrighted content has been used without permission, you may file a DMCA takedown request.

A valid DMCA request must include:

• Full name and contact information
• Direct URL of the infringing content
• Proof of ownership
• A statement made under penalty of perjury

Arbsbuy responds promptly to all valid DMCA claims.

9. Seller Liability for IP Violations

Sellers are fully responsible for any intellectual property violations found in their listings.

Penalties may include:

• Account suspension or removal
• Confiscation or withholding of payouts
• DMCA strikes
• Marketplace bans
• Legal action by rights holders

Arbsbuy LLC is not liable for content uploaded by sellers.

10. Content Accuracy Requirements

All product-related content must be honest and accurate, including:

• Product titles
• Descriptions
• Images
• Gemstone certificates
• Dimensions, weight, and size charts
• Material and origin information

Misleading or manipulated content is grounds for immediate account removal.

11. Content Removal Rights

Arbsbuy LLC reserves the right to remove any content that:

• Is suspected to be AI-generated without proper transparency
