Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this, processing begins, and changes may not be possible. Please get in touch with us immediately if you need to make changes.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Some products, such as personal care items, may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

We will process your refund within 5-14 business days after receiving and inspecting your returned item. We issue refunds using the original payment method.
