  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days from delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, customers must follow these steps:

    • Your order number.
    • Provide a detailed reason for the return.
    • Clear photographs of the item (if applicable).
  • Step 2: Wait for Approval—Once we review your request, we will send return instructions, including the designated address.
  • Step 3: Ship the Item—Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged item sent by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid lost returns.
  • Step 4: Inspection & Refund—After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund within 5-14 business days, provided it meets our return conditions.

The refund process and deductions

After we approve a return, we will process the refund as follows:

  • Refund Method—Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-14 business days after approval.
  • Deductions—In certain cases, we may deduct applicable processing fees, transaction charges, and taxes from the refund amount. The amount of these deductions may vary depending on the payment method and the bank’s refund policies.
  • Shipping Fees—Refunds do not include the original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).
  • Unapproved Returns—If a returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify the customer, and the item will be shipped back at their expense.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@arbsbuy.com with the following details:

  • Provide a clear description of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A full refund, including the original shipping cost.
  • We will provide a replacement item at no additional cost.
  • Store credit for future purchases.

Customers do not need to return the defective or incorrect item in such cases.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except when the return is due to our mistake (e.g., a wrong or defective item).
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • To guarantee the safe delivery of the returned product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and customers must follow the return procedure if they no longer wish to keep the item.
